This is just a link here, which I don’t do very often at Beer in my Belly, but I felt like this interview deserved some attention. In the post, the Beer Philosopher interviews Chris Lohring, the owner and brewer of Notch Brewing. I also find Lohring’s opinion on craft beer to be fascinating. He’s been in the beer industry for quite some time now, and has already seen a brewery of his rise and fall (Tremont Street Brewing Company) which makes him a little more cynical, and a little more cautious about ‘the second boom of craft beer.’ Lohring is not afraid to call out the Brewers Association on all of their middle school playground tactics. The article is HERE and is a nice angle on the beer industry as a whole. Cheers.
